Conductive, Insulating & Protective Coatings

Conductive, Insulating & Protective Coatings

External protective products are used to provide additional protection against aggressive agents or to reinforce fragile components. These coatings are available in different formulations, colours and levels of chemical resistance, and can be applied by dipping, spraying or brushing. From the general protection of electrical and electronic equipment to electrically conductive properties for automotive applications, these products are suitable for a wide range of specific industrial uses.
COATINGS COLOR VISCOSITY (cPs) SUBSTRATE ADHESION (%) TEMPERATURE RANGE (°C) RECOMMENDED THICKNESS (MICRON) SPECIFIC GRAVITY (g/cm3)
VERNICE 1500 ALUMINIUM 200 100 FROM -50° TO +120° 30/50 0,95
APPLICATION: The product is applied using the dedicated brush positioned on the screw cap at a temperature between 10 and 25°C. Specifically formulated for mass flow sensor protection in automotive applications.
VERNICE 5500 R CONDUTTIVA COPPER OR SILVER 3000/6000 100 FROM -50° TO +120° 30/50 1,9
APPLICATION: The cold-curing silver coating 4500 has a wide range of applications. It can be used whenever excellent electrically conductive properties are required, such as electronic board tracks, ground contacts, shielding against high-frequency fields, contacts of all kinds, antistatic applications and as a base for galvanic reinforcement.
